Hello, I’m Dr. Jeffrey —a psychologist focused on providing trauma-informed support for first responders. I have years of experience working directly with first responders in challenging settings. I also excel in using CBT to help men and teen boys navigate common mental health and interpersonal challenges.

Sessions last about 55 minutes. You will be asked questions about your life experiences and current struggles, have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss ways we can meet your therapy goals.

You can’t! However, a good therapy relationship is a mix of the skills of your therapist matching your needs and how well the two of you connect. I recommend meeting for two or three sessions. We are always happy to refer you to other qualified therapists.

Dr. Brandon only sees adults. Dr. Jeffrey sees adults and teen boys.

The practice is unable to provide urgent or emergency services. If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to your local emergency room. If you don’t have an emergency but want to be seen between regularly scheduled appointments, reach out to your therapist to see if their schedule can accommodate you.

Reach out to your therapist. The practice has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Insurance does not pay for missed sessions. There is a $100 missed session fee charged for all sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice.
