  • Exposure and Response Prevention

Exposure therapy helps people with anxiety gradually face their fears in a safe setting. By repeatedly confronting feared situations or objects, anxiety decreases over time, leading to greater comfort and confidence.  This is a treatment of choice for OCD, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, and phobias.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps individuals with anxiety recognize and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, teaching skills to manage anxiety effectively

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT is a type of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that helps individuals manage anxiety by teaching them to accept uncomfortable feelings without judgment, while focusing on actions aligned with their values. ACT emphasizes mindfulness, flexibility, and building resilience to anxiety rather than avoiding or controlling it.
